All available shipping methods can either be chosen at checkout. Please note if you require your shipment urgently to select Special Delivery. If you have a custom order or custom quote sometimes we might send you a separate shipping quotation depending on the size and volume of your order.
Should there be any defects or problems with your items ordered that are our fault please get in touch first so that we can come up with a solution. Sometimes we might not always require the physical print back and may request a photo of the damage / fault. For personalised items you will be given every opportunity to check and proof your artwork and because it’s made just for you we can only refund if the item is actually faulty or a proof has been rejected and we still shipped.

Refunds will be given if the customer does not request a replacement and only if the item is faulty. If the item has been used extensively or cannot be re-sold and not faulty then no refunds will be given. As for Personalised items we cannot offer refunds but instead a replacement option should there be a fault with the item and not the artwork. If artwork has been proofed and accepted by you prior to print we cannot be held responsible for typing errors or problems with layout and images etc.
